Does Yanco have a prepaid freight program? 

Yes, orders over $2,000 shipping to a single dealer location will be shipped prepaid. This does not cover accessorial charges.

What is the minimum order quantity? 

There is no minimum order quantity. However, all items must be ordered by case.

Is there a chip warranty? 

At this moment, we offer a chip warranty exclusively on our Versailles collection. Please see our “Chip Warranty” information under our Policy for more information.

How can dealers set up a new account with Yanco? 

All dealers must complete and submit a Distributor form and provide a Resale Certificate to set up an account. The form can be obtained from our sales team. All initial orders for new customers are C.O.D.

Does Yanco offer custom logos or designs? 

We do offer options to customize products. Contact our sales team for more information.

Can we get samples of products? 

We provide free samples with no freight charge to dealers at their request. Contact our sales team to request a sample.

Are Yanco’s products microwave and dishwasher safe? 

All of Yanco’s melamine, plastic and chinaware products are dishwasher safe. All chinaware products are microwave safe.

Are Yanco’s products oven safe? 

All of Yanco’s chinaware products from Accessories-1 and Accessories-2 are oven safe.
