PRICE: Prices shown are list prices and subject to trade discounts. Prices subject to change without notice

TERM: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. A 1.5% service charge per month will be applied to all past due invoices

MINIMUM ORDER: No minimum order required. But all items are sold in case lots only.

FREIGHT Orders equal or over $1,800.00 net will be shipped freight pre-paid via common carrier selected by Yanco. Otherwise will be shipped freight collect or prepaid-add

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES: If shortage or damage happens, notify the carrier immediately for inspection, and get a damage/shortage report or signed notification on the bill of lading. Then report to Yanco within 48 hours of receiving. Otherwise it will be the sole responsibility of the customers.

RETURNS: Returns are not acceptable without authorization from Yanco Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid Goods must be returned in the original cartons and in resellable condition. Returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking charge We issue merchandise credit only, no cash refunds

NEW ACCOUNT: Cash in advance or C O D on initial orders To open an account with Yanco, we need 1) Minimum 3 Trade Reference 2) Bank Reference; 3) A copy of State Resellers Certificate

SPECIAL ORDER: Special order items will not be accepted for exchange or return: Special orders require a 50% depost when ordering

HANDLING COST(effective March 15, 2019): For orders shipped UPS, Fedex or USPS, a handling charge of $4 per case will be added.

SAMPLE POLICY(effective March 15, 2019): Yanco provides free samples with no freight charge to dealers at their request. For samples shipped to end users, customers are reponsible for freight charges while the samples themselves are free.
